Sunset & Shades is a Greater Michigan Chapter experience designed to create space for intentional connection, professional growth, and meaningful career conversation.

As part of GMC’s commitment to empowering Black professionals and allies across West Michigan, this event will feature an HR-led panel discussion on navigating key career moments: knowing when to stay, when to grow, and when to go.
