Tiffany McLean

With over 15 years of experience in learning and development, Tiffany McLean is a recognized leader in professional training and talent development. She holds a degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Loyola University Chicago, which serves as the foundation for her innovative and evidence-based approach to training. Currently, Tiffany is the Training Manager at Warner Norcross + Judd. She has been honored as one of the top 50 learning and development professionals in the United States and has been featured in publications and podcasts for her impactful contributions to the field.
Tiffany specializes in creating transformative training programs, fostering inclusive initiatives, and driving professional growth across diverse industries, including financial services, retail, and legal. An active contributor to the professional development field, she serves as Co-Chair for the Professional Development Community of the Association for Legal Administrators (ALA) and is a member of the Southeast Michigan Regional Council for Inforum Michigan, a women-focused nonprofit. She is also actively involved in the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), the Women Who Lead initiative, and the Leadership and Professional Development Content Creation team.
In her current role, Tiffany leads a range of transformative initiatives, including first-year associate programs, partnership readiness development, and competency-building for legal staff. Her work reflects a deep commitment to empowering individuals to achieve their professional goals while advancing organizational success.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys books, music, travel, and quality time with her family—including her two dogs and two cats.
