Centered on the theme “Investing in Black Talent\,” this event will bring together professionals\, community advocates\, and leaders for a data-driven exploration of what it truly means to be Black in West Michigan—through the lenses of career\, lifestyle\, leadership\, education\, and entrepreneurship. \nWe are honored to welcome special guest and keynote speaker\, Dr. Andre Perry\, nationally recognized scholar\, author\, and advocate for racial equity in education and economic inclusion. His powerful perspective\, combined with real stories and actionable insights\, will help inform\, inspire\, and ignite the future of Black excellence in our region.
